V3 GUMI: Step-by-step

Does anyone remember when I asked about making a tutorial before? No? Anywayyyys, a few people asked for some more step-by-step's, so here we go!
_{I know it's not a tutorial, but I didn't know what category this should go under;;;}

1. Sketch. I usually do all my sketches in SAI. I just think the lines look better than in PS |D

2. Color test~

3. Lineart. I almost always use the pen tool in PS for this (which is also what I use for shadows and such as well)

4. Basecolors, some blush and some additional hair (I put these additional hair-thingies underneath everything, just to add some more detail to the hair <-bad at explaining ;; )

5. First round of shadows. Even here have I been using the pen tool to apply them.

6. Second round of shadows~

7. Some touch-ups like adding some hightlights and coloring the lineart.

8. Add some shitty awesome background |D

Oh, yeah, SAI was used for the first two steps, the rest is done in PSCS5!
